November 3, Georgetown SC

I am tired of the morning cold- this morning my toes and fingers felt like ice cubes!  As the day progressed it warmed up to 68 degrees with the abundant sunshine.  We went through a very long stretch of river with just trees and saw a bald eagle- occasionally we saw very large mansions on the river banks like the picture.  It was a long day- from 7:15 to 3:45.  We finally pulled into HarborWalk Marina in Georgetown, had a celebratory glass of wine and went into town for Mexican food and ice cream.
